Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI is a prominent figure in the world of commercial real estate and a recognized leader in the industry. As the National President of KW Commercial - Keller Williams Realty International, she has been honored as one of Texas Business Journals' "Top 100" Most Influential People.

Cynthia also holds the position of Managing Director for the Commercial Division at Keller Williams City View in San Antonio, Texas, where her visionary and strategic leadership has been instrumental in breaking barriers and diversifying the commercial real estate sector.
Notably, Cynthia, along with her partner Alicia Shepherd, has introduced an innovative educational program within KW Commercial, equipping over 1,000 emerging CRE agents with critical fundamentals in less than a year. Their educational funnel is now sought after by professional sports associations and other real estate organizations.

In addition to their educational initiatives, Cynthia and Alicia have created Launch Commercial, a groundbreaking support services platform designed to streamline the administrative aspects of agents', investors', and brokerages' businesses. This invaluable resource empowers real estate entrepreneurs to build and grow their enterprises seamlessly.

Cynthia and Alicia are also the founding members of KWC Team Texas, which spans across California and Texas and is the first team to leverage the Launch Commercial Real Estate Platform.

Beyond her leadership roles, Cynthia remains an active, multi-award-winning licensed real estate Broker, consistently ranking among the top females in KW Commercial, both nationally and locally.

Cynthia is among an elite group holding the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), signifying her expertise in commercial real estate, including advanced financial and market analysis. She has served as the Past President of the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter for CCIM and continues to be an active member.
​
Furthermore, Cynthia is among the first recipients of the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) designation by Texas Realtors.
​
Specializing in retail and office tenant/buyer representation, Cynthia's niche lies in franchising. Her impressive portfolio includes representing numerous national and regional brands such as Altitude Trampoline Park, The Pickle Pad, Salata, Crumbl Cookies, Title Boxing, Massage Heights, Domino's Pizza, Keller Williams, Smokey Mo's BBQ, Ritual Hot Yoga, and many more.

Cynthia is a known guest speaker, panelist and moderator for franchise trade shows and retail events. She also shares her knowledge of franchising and site selection as a MAPS (Mega Achievement Productivity Systems) Coach within Keller Williams.
Cynthia's journey in commercial real estate began at Transwestern, where she honed her skills as a broker. She later returned to Keller Williams to leverage the synergy between commercial and residential real estate. Her deep understanding of consumer growth and the residential market is exemplified by her attainment of the prestigious residential designation, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).

Cynthia's impressive background extends beyond real estate, with 16 years as a television news anchor and reporter for KABB-TV, complemented by a decade-long career as a residential Realtor.
​
Notably, Cynthia has made significant contributions to her community, serving three terms on the Executive Board for the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (City of San Antonio). She is an alumna of Leadership San Antonio and has been featured as a top Broker in multiple issues of Texas Monthly magazine. Cynthia's accomplishments have also garnered recognition in Forbes, Fortune 500, Entrepreneur, and 'O' magazines.

In her personal life, Cynthia is married and a dedicated mother to a middle school daughter. She is a professional pianist, emcee, certified kickboxing and boot camp instructor, certified Reiki Master, and practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. Cynthia's roots trace back to Seguin, Texas, and she is a proud graduate of SMU in Dallas, Texas.

Chantel is a licensed Commercial Broker Associate to Cynthia Lee at KW Commercial and has leased over 100,000 square feet of office, retail and flex space. She specializes in tenant and buyer representation with a niche in franchising.
She’s closed multiple deals for franchises such as 9Round Kickboxing and San Antonio-based Jugo Juicery.

Chantel’s background includes four years working for a top residential real estate team in San Antonio. That experience helped broaden her overall understanding of market growth and how residential and commercial real estate truly go hand-in-hand.

Chantel was born in Houston and raised in San Antonio. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Bible and Theology.
​
Chantel and her husband have two maltipoo puppies (pictures available upon request). They spend many of their weekends exploring new cities through hiking, camping, and searching for the best BBQ restaurants!
Doug Collins
Doug Collins began his real estate career after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development.
He has experience in servicing and sourcing Landlord and Tenant representation assignments for retail and industrial assets.
In 2020, he co-founded the Young Commercial Real-Estate Advancement Network (YCRAN), a new non-profit organization to help promote young brokerage in San Antonio. Doug is also an active mentor for the UTSA REFD Cap Stone program, a CCIM affiliate, and a CREW San Antonio Committee member.

Doug is known for his work ethic, his ability to maximize value, and his strong networking capabilities. In his free time, he enjoys writing and producing music, traveling, and being active in the Real Estate community.

Joy has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting including over ten years as a junior Paralegal.
Having held positions in the legal, banking and business fields, Joy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of potential and existing clients.
She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and her current scope of work includes comparing LOIs to leases prior to handing the draft leases over to the client's attorney, creating lease abstracts for each executed lease, tracking important lease benchmarks, tracking lease expirations and identifying specific lease language.
